The “Big Cabin”
This vacation rental suffered mid-winter flood damage to the entire first floor. Rafter MT Construction turned this small catastrophe into an opportunity by performing a cost-effective renovation while repairing the damage. Beautiful wood grained vinyl flooring replaced the old, wood and dated carpet. The fireplace hearth was rebuilt following the replacement of the sub-floor beneath with a modern slate tile hearth and back splash.
